Students who did not meet the requirements to renew their PROMISE and/or institutional scholarships will start receiving notification letters to the permanent address on their account the week of May 22.
Monthly Payment Plan Enrollment Is Now Open For Fall 2017 and Spring 2018
IRS Form 1098-T for the 2016 calendar year is now available. A hard copy has been mailed to the permanent address for all students who had qualifying expenses within the 2016 tax year. Current students are encouraged to arrive via the PRT to the Dr. Samy Elias Engineering Station.
Crossing is connected to the PRT station via a covered walkway on the
5th floor. Please proceed to the 2nd floor to check in at the
Mountaineer Hub for assistance.
Free parking is not available at Evansdale Crossing during University business hours.
Parking is available in Short Term Lot 9 as well as the Rec Center Parking Lot. Pay stations are located at each lot. Parking spaces are numbered, please take note of your parking space number as you exit your vehicle. Proceed to the pay station prior to entering Evansdale Crossing. Parking is $1.25 per hour.
Parking Validation is not offered for those visiting the Mountaineer Hub.
