Card Payments By Phone

Due to changes in data security standards, as of June 1, 2017, we can no longer accept credit/debit card payments by phone. Those who wish to make a payment via debit or credit card must do so through their STAR account. For an online payment tutorial, please click HERE.

Scholarship Renewals for 2017-2018

Students who did not meet the requirements to renew their PROMISE and/or institutional scholarships will start receiving notification letters to the permanent address on their account the week of May 22.

Monthly Payment Plan Enrollment Is Now Open For Fall 2017 and Spring 2018


2017-2018 FAFSA Available Online NOW! 
The 2017-2018 FAFSA opened on October 1, 2016.
For aid to be ready in time for Fall semester enrollment, complete the FAFSA as soon as possible.
Student who plan to use financial aid in the Fall 2017, Spring 2018, or Summer 2018 semester must complete a 2017-2018 FAFSA.

Did You Graduate Recently?
Upon graduating, students lose access to portal.wvu.edu, but NOT access to WVU email or data in STAR. Just use the direct links, mix.wvu.edu/gmail and star.wvu.edu. For help, call the ITS Service Desk at 304-293-4444.

                  For faster refunds, be sure to have your refund preference established as direct deposit                     PRIOR to August 1, 2017. For more information on refunds, click HERE! Establishing your                   refund preference to receive a paper check in the mail can take up to 14 days longer. If                       you prefer to receive a paper check via USPS, PLEASE assure your address is correct to                   avoid processing delays and possible additional costs associated with stop payment and                     reissuing a paper check.

Evansdale Crossing Parking Map - Lot ST9

GETTING TO THE HUB

The Mountaineer Hub is located on the 2nd floor of Evansdale Crossing, adjacent to the Student Recreation Center on the Evansdale Campus.

Current students are encouraged to arrive via the PRT to the Dr. Samy Elias Engineering Station. Check out the PRT status to plan your trip, or plan alternate transportation by bus to Evansdale Crossing.

Evansdale Crossing is connected to the PRT station via a covered walkway on the 5th floor. Please proceed to the 2nd floor to check in at the Mountaineer Hub for assistance.

If arriving by bus, proceed up the stairs just past the bus stop and enter through the end of the building. The stairs and elevators are straight ahead on the right.


PARKING

Free parking is not available at Evansdale Crossing during University business hours.

Parking is available in Short Term Lot 9 as well as the Rec Center Parking Lot. Pay stations are located at each lot. Parking spaces are numbered, please take note of your parking space number as you exit your vehicle. Proceed to the pay station prior to entering Evansdale Crossing. Parking is $1.25 per hour.

Parking Validation is not offered for those visiting the Mountaineer Hub.
