The due date for fall 2016 semester payment was July 27. However, due to the many financial issues WVU students have faced this summer, including students affected by summer flooding in the southern region of the state, a late payment fee will not be assessed in August. The university continued to work to help these students by reviewing their financial aid eligibility based on the family’s current financial situation. Students impacted by the flooding who would like their aid eligibility reevaluated can submit a Review of Financial Hardship Due to National Disaster available at http://financialaid.wvu.edu/.
Important notice for students regarding a change in fall 2016 semester billing policies:
Starting with the fall 2016 semester, students will no longer be automatically removed from classes for non-payment. This means students MUST withdraw from courses if they do not plan on returning for the fall semester. Students who remain registered for courses and do not attend will incur financial responsibility for the courses, even if they do not attend the classes. Students must withdraw from courses prior to the fall semester or they will be responsible for a bill.

Mountaineer Hub for assistance.
Free parking is not available Evansdale Crossing.
Metered parking is available in Short Terms Lot 9 (ST9). (See Map) Pay stations are located on the road side of the lot. Parking spaces in the lot are numbered. Please remember the number of your parking space and proceed to the pay station prior to entering Evansdale Crossing. Automated text messaging is available if you need to add additional time to your parking pass.
When arriving at Evansdale Crossing, DO NOT proceed past the building. Morrill Way terminates at the Student Recreation Center Parking Lot. There is not sufficient space to turn around once you have reach the gated access point. The fee for utilizing this lot is intentionally high to discourage use by individuals who are not visiting the Student Recreation Center.
